• *Job Summary**

The Tender Head will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process for interior fit\-out and contracting projects, including government, corporate, and private sector tenders. The role involves tender identification, bid preparation, cost estimation, commercial evaluation, and submission of competitive and compliant bids.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new tender opportunities across government, corporate, and private sectors.
• Lead the complete tendering process for interior fit\-out, turnkey, and commercial interior projects.
• Review tender documents, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Purchase, Billing, Projects, and Accounts departments.
• Prepare and review technical and commercial bids, including cost estimates and rate analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tender conditions, eligibility criteria, EMD, PBG, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage pre\-bid meetings, site visits, client queries, and tender clarifications.
• Develop competitive pricing strategies in coordination with management.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders through e\-procurement portals and other platforms.
• Review bid documents, technical submissions, and commercial proposals before final submission.
• Maintain a database of submitted tenders, bid status, results, and upcoming opportunities.
• Analyze competitor pricing, market trends, and project profitability.
• Lead and mentor the tendering team and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

• *Required Qualifications \& Experience**

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and commercial management in the interior fit\-out or construction industry.
• Strong experience in government and corporate tendering.
• Proven expertise in BOQ analysis, rate analysis, cost estimation, and bid preparation.
• Experience with CPWD, PWD, government departments, and e\-tendering portals will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contractual terms, tender documentation, and project costing.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Pay: ₹90,000\.00 \- ₹120,000\.00 per month
