Billing Manager

We seek an experienced Billing Manager with a qualification in BAMS, BHMS, BDS, MBA, or MHA and over 10 years of relevant experience. The role entails complete oversight of the inpatient billing cycle. Responsibilities include verifying all patient charges for room rent, procedures, investigations, pharmacy, and consumables to ensure accuracy. The manager must streamline discharge billing to reduce patient wait times and enforce adherence to hospital billing policies and tariff structures. A key objective is monitoring revenue realization, identifying and preventing revenue leakages, and ensuring proper charge capture from every department. The position involves coordinating with finance for reconciliations, managing cashless and reimbursement billing, and liaising directly with insurance companies and Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) for approvals and claim settlements.
