Billing software support Executive

Candidate must have computer knowledge, billing software basic knowledge(training will provide remotely by senior staff)

Should have good ms office, docs, excel knowledge, customer handling, connect customer system through remotely anydesk or team viewer and support billing software or give training to user how to use billing software etc.

Should know how to use chat gpt and make excel or other query work done quickly.

Understand customer query if possible to fix can fix or help users \-\- or you can have support from senior support team

Pay: ₹7,500\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
