• *Job Description:**

· Ability to work well with a team and diligently meeting project deadlines.

· Create and manage BIM models from concept to construction.

· Collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure accurate and feasible designs.

· Prepare detailed drawings, construction documents, and shop drawings.

· Perform clash detection and coordinate with multiple disciplines.

· Maintain BIM standards, libraries, and templates.

· Support project planning, cost estimation, and workflow optimization.

· Site evaluation and analysis of architectural character relevant to social and cultural heritage

· Prepare detailed designs, based on Architectural controls/guidelines, features and specifications, pertaining to buildings and various external elements and components such as common facilities, open spaces, landscape structures and features.

· Preparation of working drawings, detail drawings and shop drawings

· BOQ preparation

· Proposal creation

· Monitor activities \& progress through regular site visits \& coordination of external services and contractors

· Should come up with innovative solutions.

· Design skill, evaluate the design requirement working with principal architect with good presentation skills in terms of preparing the info diagrams and 3d.

• *Qualifications**

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture, or related field.

· Proven experience as a BIM Architect, preferably in residential or wooden construction projects.

· Proficiency in Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar BIM software.

· Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max is a plus.

· Strong understanding of construction documentation and building codes.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

· Client interaction

· Communicating clearly so that information gets delivered accurately.

· Multitasking to deal with competing demands.

· An analytical mind, with high levels of creativity, strong visual awareness, and an eye for detail

· Excellent written, oral and computer skills (including use MS Office and CAD, SketchUp applications)

· Open for travel, plan \& implement projects according to schedule \& budget, prepare reports, present design briefs, proposals, applications \& contract.
