*THE POSITION**

A dedicated BIM Modeller (MEPF) role on a strategic client engagement in volumetric and modular construction, based onsite in Delhi NCR. The successful candidate will be embedded as a dedicated resource on the client account handling full\-discipline MEPF modelling, coordination, and shop drawing production while remaining a full\-time BIM Arcavion employee with senior mentorship and ISO 19650\-aligned governance.

*KEY TERMS**

Title: BIM Modeller\- MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire\-fighting)
Engagement: Full\-time BIM Arcavion employee, dedicated to a strategic client account
Location: Delhi NCR\- onsite, full\-time presence. No hybrid arrangement.
Experience: 2–5 years of full\-discipline MEPF modelling on construction projects
Software: Revit MEP (advanced), Navisworks Manage (advanced), AutoCAD MEP / 2D, BIM 360 / ACC
Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 per month (commensurate with experience band)

*Key Responsibilities**

*MEPF Modelling \& Drawings**

1\. Prepare coordinated 3D MEPF models in Revit MEP across all four trades\- HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire\-fighting for residential, commercial, industrial, and utility\-use buildings.

2\. Review 2D drawings against architect's and structural engineer's design; develop coordinated 3D MEPF models, detail drawings, BOQs, specifications, shop drawings, schedules for procurement and site work.

3\. Create MEPF system families, parametric components, and discipline templates.

4\. Optimise system routing shaft allocation, riser coordination, ceiling\-space management, plant\-room layout, service\-corridor planning.

5\. Generate as\-built MEPF drawings reflecting installed configuration once construction is complete.

*Clash Detection \& Coordination**

1\. Perform federated clash detection in Navisworks Manage between MEPF services, structural, and architectural disciplines.

2\. Prepare structured clash reports with categorisation, severity, and ownership; resolve through coordination with the project team.

3\. Identify and resolve cross\-trade conflicts (electrical conduits vs HVAC ducts, plumbing risers vs structural beams, sprinkler heads vs lighting layouts).

*Reporting \& Compliance**

1\. Generate reports from the Revit MEP model equipment schedules, fixture schedules, material take\-offs, cost estimates.

2\. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant codes: NBC, ISHRAE, IS standards, NFPA fire codes, IPC plumbing standards, and project\-specific specifications.

3\. Maintain database of drawings, revisions, and documentation for version control and traceability.

*Stakeholder Coordination**

1\. Develop BIM project plans and collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and alignment.

2\. Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical support, and incorporate design changes.

3\. Maintain a high level of integrity and discipline with a strong work ethic.

*Who We're Looking For**

*EXPERIENCE \& EDUCATION**

2–5 years of production experience in full\-discipline MEPF modelling for construction projects.
Proven cross\-trade portfolio your model samples must demonstrate work across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, AND Fire\-fighting. Not just one or two trades.
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10th Class and 12th Class passing certificates (standard documentation).

*SOFTWARE SKILLS (INDEPENDENT WORKING CAPABILITY)**

Revit MEP\- advanced 3D modelling, MEP system families, fabrication parts where applicable, sheet/schedule production across all four MEPF trades.
Navisworks Manage\- advanced federated clash detection, MEP\-discipline\-specific clash filters, structured reporting, resolution coordination.
AutoCAD MEP / 2D\- proficient drawing production for shop drawings, schematic single\-line diagrams, isometrics.
BIM 360 / ACC\- file management, model coordination, issue tracking in cloud\-based environment.
Microsoft Office, Excel\- for schedules, BOQs, MEP load summaries.

*MEPF DISCIPLINE KNOWLEDGE**

Mechanical (HVAC): Duct routing, equipment layout, ventilation logic, AHU/FCU placement, refrigerant piping. ISHRAE familiarity preferred.
Electrical: Cable tray routing, panel placement, conduit planning, lighting layouts, raceway management.
Plumbing: Water supply routing, drainage layout, fixture connections, riser planning, IPC familiarity preferred.
Fire\-fighting: Sprinkler head placement, hydraulic logic, hose reels, fire\-pump room layout, NFPA standards familiarity, hydrant network planning.

*PROFESSIONAL SKILLS**

Excellent communication: interpersonal, listening, oral, and written (English required for cross\-team coordination).
Able to generate layout drawings and 3D models from sketches and specifications.
Familiar with design parameters related to MEPF, structural, and architectural designs.
Independent working capability across all software listed no hand\-holding required.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and discipline.

*PREFERRED (NICE TO HAVE)**

Exposure to volumetric / modular / DfMA construction projects.
ISO 19650 awareness or certification.
Dynamo scripting for automation of MEPF tasks.
MEPF load calculation literacy (heat load, electrical load, plumbing fixture units, sprinkler hydraulics).

Monthly salary: ₹35,000 – ₹60,000 (commensurate with experience and demonstrated MEPF cross\-trade capability).
Salary band reviewed at 6\-month performance milestone.
