The candidate will be involved in \*developing cutting\-edge blockchain solutions, contributing to \*\*innovation\-driven R\\\&D projects, and participating in \*\*Technology Expos and product showcases. This role provides exposure to \*\*academic research, decentralized application development, and real\-world blockchain implementations\*.
\* Design and develop \*blockchain\-based applications\* for education, R\\\&D, and real\-time use cases.
\* Work on \*academic projects\* (B.Tech / M.Tech / PhD) and support blockchain\-based research solutions.
\* Contribute to \*innovation projects\* showcased in \*Technology Expos\*.
\* Develop and deploy \*smart contracts\* and decentralized applications (dApps).
\* Integrate blockchain solutions with existing systems and APIs.
\* Work on \*real\-time blockchain projects\* including fintech, supply chain, identity systems, etc.
\* Ensure \*security, scalability, and performance optimization\* of blockchain systems.
\* Stay updated with the latest advancements in \*blockchain technologies and Web3 ecosystem\*.
\* Strong understanding of \*blockchain fundamentals\* and distributed systems
\* Ethereum, Hyperledger, Binance Smart Chain, Polygon
\* Solidity, Vyper

\* Understanding of \*decentralized storage\* (IPFS, Filecoin)
