About BK Nexus Enterprises

BK Nexus Enterprises provides recruitment and staffing support to companies across multiple industries. We are looking for energetic and target\-oriented Blue Collar Recruiters to source, screen, and mobilize candidates for manufacturing companies, warehouses, factories, construction projects, facility management, and other industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

\- Recruit blue\-collar candidates for manufacturing, production, warehouse, logistics, construction, security, housekeeping, and other industrial positions.

\- Source candidates through job portals, WhatsApp groups, referrals, local networks, communities, and recruitment agencies.

\- Coordinate with labour contractors, manpower suppliers, local communities, and other recruitment partners.

\- Contact candidates, explain job responsibilities, salary packages, working locations, shifts, and company requirements.

\- Screen candidates based on job requirements, experience, skills, and availability.

\- Coordinate interviews, trade tests, document verification, and joining formalities.

\- Mobilize candidates from local and outstation locations according to employer requirements.

\- Follow up with selected candidates until they join the organization.

\- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.

\- Achieve recruitment targets and support the timely fulfilment of client requirements.

\- Coordinate with employers and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

\- Support bulk hiring drives for factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, and industrial projects.

Eligibility Criteria

\- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

\- Experience in blue\-collar recruitment, bulk hiring, staffing, or manpower mobilization is an advantage.

\- Candidates with knowledge of local labour markets and worker mobilization will be preferred.

\- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp, and computer skills are desirable.

\- Strong communication, convincing, and follow\-up skills are essential.

Language Requirements – Additional Advantage

Candidates who can communicate in the following languages will have an advantage:

\- Telugu: Communicating with local workers and mobilizing candidates across Telangana.

\- Hindi: Coordinating with migrant workers and candidates from different states.

\- English: Communicating with employers, HR teams, and recruitment managers.

Candidates who know Telugu, Hindi, and English will receive preference, as multilingual communication can help improve candidate sourcing and recruitment coordination.

Preferred Candidate Profile

\- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

\- Ability to convince candidates and coordinate bulk hiring.

\- Strong local networking and candidate sourcing capabilities.

\- Target\-oriented approach with a willingness to learn.

\- Ability to handle multiple job requirements simultaneously.

\- Experience coordinating with labour contractors and manpower suppliers is an added advantage.
