• Handle customer inquiries through calls, chats, and emails as required.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders, and services.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Update customer interactions and records in CRM systems.
• Follow company policies and meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
