• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an experienced **Bolting Operations Manager** with a strong background in industrial bolting services. The ideal candidate must have hands\-on experience managing bolting operations for Oil \& Gas, Refinery, and Petrochemical projects and possess sound knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic bolting equipment.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily bolting operations across project sites.
• Lead onsite bolting teams during plant shutdowns, maintenance, and turnaround projects.
• Ensure safe execution of flange management and controlled bolting activities.
• Manage hydraulic torque tightening and pneumatic bolting equipment.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, equipment, and project schedules.
• Prepare operation reports, work progress updates, and project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, project managers, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and calibration.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and schedule.
