Job Summary

We are looking for a BOQ \& Estimation Engineer responsible for preparing accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQ), material estimations, quantity take\-offs, and project cost calculations. The candidate should have a good understanding of engineering and architectural drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take\-offs, and material estimation for projects.
• Analyse architectural drawings, fabrication drawings, and 3D models to calculate material requirements.
• Estimate quantities and costs for aluminium sheets, MS structures, facade systems, and related materials.
• Prepare project costing sheets, estimation reports, and material consumption calculations.
• Understand technical specifications and identify material requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for drawing clarifications and estimation\-related requirements.
• Ensure accuracy in quantity calculations, material costs, and BOQ documentation.
• Support tender preparation and quotation development.

Required Skills

• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take\-offs, and material estimation.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and fabrication drawings.
• Knowledge of aluminium sheets, MS structures, facade systems, and costing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical, numerical, and problem\-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2\+ years of relevant experience in BOQ and estimation.
• Candidates from Building Materials, Aluminium, Facade, Fabrication, or Construction industries will be preferred.
• Good attention to detail and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
