Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound or outbound international customer calls.
• Respond to customer queries professionally.
• Provide accurate information about products or services.
• Record customer interactions in the system.
• Resolve basic customer issues or escalate them when necessary.
• Follow communication scripts and company procedures.
• Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
