As a BPO Executive at Xpecto® IT Solutions Pvt Ltd, your primary role will involve contacting potential customers via phone to present company services. You will be responsible for diligent follow-ups with interested prospects, meticulously maintaining and updating customer records within the CRM system. A core aspect of the position is meeting both daily and monthly sales targets. Professional handling of all customer inquiries is essential. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and persuasion skills, along with fundamental computer proficiency. You must be comfortable working in a target-driven setting. While freshers are welcome to apply, prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or BPO is advantageous. The compensation package includes a fixed monthly salary between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000, supplemented by performance incentives.
