Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, sales, inventory, logistics, team management, and compliance while ensuring business growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, sales, dispatch, billing, and collections.
• Drive sales growth and achieve branch targets.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, expiry, and supply chain activities.
• Ensure pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and proper storage standards.
• Lead branch teams and coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance.
• Prepare MIS reports, monitor KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills Required

• Strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution and supply chain operations.
• ERP/SAP or distribution management software proficiency preferred.

Qualification \& Experience

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree; MBA preferred.
• 12–16 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, healthcare logistics, or related industries.
