We are seeking a high-performing and responsible Branch Head to take complete ownership of our Irinjalakuda and Chalakudi branches at UXTECH in Kerala. You will be fully accountable for the branch's business growth, driving admissions, and managing the entire academic and administrative team. Key responsibilities encompass taking full responsibility for business targets, profit and loss, and daily operations; leading, mentoring, and monitoring academic trainers and administrative staff to ensure smooth center functioning; closely coordinating with lead generation and admission teams to convert enquiries into enrollments; and implementing local marketing strategies to consistently scale the center's presence and success. This role requires strong leadership, operational expertise, and a dedicated focus on achieving both academic and business objectives in these branches.
