Branch Manager – Gold Loan

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result\-oriented Branch Manager to lead our Gold Loan branch operations. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of experience in the NBFC or Banking sector, with strong expertise in Gold Loan operations, branch management, business development, team leadership, and regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving branch profitability, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining portfolio quality, and delivering superior customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

• Drive branch profitability by achieving Gold Loan business targets.
• Develop and execute business strategies to increase customer acquisition and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, local communities, and business partners.
• Promote cross\-selling of financial products such as insurance, deposits, and other loan products.
• Identify new business opportunities through field visits, campaigns, and referral networks.

Branch Operations

• Manage overall branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Oversee Gold Loan processing, appraisal, disbursement, renewals, releases, and closures.
• Ensure proper cash management, record maintenance, and branch administration.
• Monitor branch productivity and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Gold Loan Management

• Supervise gold appraisal and valuation as per company standards.
• Ensure safe custody, security, and proper documentation of pledged gold.
• Monitor loan portfolio quality, overdue accounts, and recovery performance.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.

Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
