We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations and performance of the branch. The candidate will be responsible for team management, operational efficiency, business development, and achieving organizational targets while ensuring high\-quality client service.
*Key Responsibilities**
Oversee day\-to\-day operations of the branch and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
Ensure proper coordination between counselling, telecalling, admissions, and filing teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and operational processes as per company policies and SOPs.
Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Monitor employee performance and provide regular training, guidance, and support.
Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and strategy discussions.
Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments and improve conversion rates.
Ensure effective lead management, timely follow\-ups, and client handling by the team.
Supervise study visa counsellors and ensure accurate and professional guidance is provided to clients.
Monitor branch productivity, admissions, and visa success ratios.
Handle escalated client issues and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with senior management regarding branch performance, reporting, and target achievement.
Ensure discipline, professionalism, and a positive work environment within the branch.
