Branch Manager (Security Systems & IT Solutions)

We are looking for a high\-performing, result\-oriented **Branch Manager** to lead our new office specializing in CCTV, Biometric Access Control, VDP, Intrusion Alarms, and EPBX systems.

The ideal candidate must be a "Sales Hunter" capable of driving a team to achieve high\-volume daily targets.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• **Sales Leadership:** Drive the team to achieve a daily sales target.
• **Team Management:** Oversee a team of 9 (Sales Executives, Telecallers, IT Engineers, and Technicians).
• **Experience:** 3\-5 years in the Security Industry (CCTV/IT Hardware) with a proven track record in sales management.
• **Skills:** Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and basic knowledge of the GeM Portal.
• **Mindset:** Ability to work under pressure and a passion for hitting big numbers.
• **Tech\-Savvy:** Familiarity with CMS setups and mobile surveillance apps.

Pay: ₹14,039\.99 \- ₹45,091\.02 per month
