Gleuhr Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage the overall operations, sales, client satisfaction, team performance, and profitability of the branch. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Wellness Centers, Skin Clinics, Cosmetology Clinics, Dermatology Clinics, Aesthetic Clinics, or Healthcare Facilities and possess strong leadership and business management skills.
The candidate should have previously worked as a Center Manager, Branch Manager, Clinic Manager, Area Manager, Sales Manager, Branch Sales Head, or in a similar leadership role and must have successfully managed branch operations and revenue generation.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesBranch Operations Management**
- Oversee the complete day\-to\-day operations of the branch.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all departments and services.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
- Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- *Sales \& Business Development**
- Drive branch sales and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Ensure achievement of branch revenue, conversion, and retention targets.
- Lead sales initiatives and motivate the team to maximize performance.
- *Team Leadership \& Management**
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate branch staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and team meetings.
- Build a high\-performance culture focused on results and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure staff productivity and professional development.
- *Client Relationship Management**
- Ensure exceptional client experience and service delivery.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain strong client retention and satisfaction levels.
- Build long\-term relationships with clients.
- *Financial \& Business Control**
- Monitor branch profitability, expenses, and operational costs.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources.
- Prepare and analyze branch performance reports.
- Support management in achieving overall business objectives.
- *Compliance \& Administration**
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor documentation, reporting, inventory, and audit processes.
- Maintain operational discipline and branch standards.
- *Eligibility CriteriaEducation**
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- MBA or relevant management qualification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Wellness, Skin Care, Cosmetology, Dermatology, Aesthetic Clinics, Healthcare, or related industries.

- The training period will be **unpaid**.
- During the training period, **accommodation and meals will be provided by the company**.
- Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be posted at the **Jaipur Branch**.
- **Salary will commence from the candidate's first working day at the Jaipur Branch after completion of training.**
- The selected candidate must be willing to sign a **2\-year service agreement** with the company.
