We are seeking a highly organized, results\-driven, and experienced Operations Head / Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day\-to\-day operations of our immigration consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, team productivity, process compliance, client satisfaction, and overall business efficiency.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities who can manage multiple departments, streamline workflows, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to the organization's growth objectives.

Oversee the daily operations of the immigration consultancy and ensure smooth business functioning.
Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes, policies, and SOPs.
Monitor workflow efficiency and ensure timely processing of immigration applications and client services.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
Lead, supervise, and mentor counselors, case processing teams, sales executives, documentation officers, and administrative staff.
Set departmental KPI's and performance targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and immigration industry standards.
Monitor documentation accuracy and application quality.
Implement quality control mechanisms to minimize errors and improve success rates.
Ensure exceptional client service and timely resolution of escalated concerns.
Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies for service enhancement.
Coordinate with clients, overseas partners, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders when required.
Collaborate with senior management to achieve business growth objectives.
Analyze operational data and generate reports to support strategic decision\-making.
Assist in planning and executing expansion strategies, new service launches, and operational initiatives.
Monitor operations thoroughly and resource utilization.
Ensure efficient allocation of manpower and company resources.
Coordinate with HR, accounts, and management for smooth organizational functioning.

Bachelor's Degree required.
\+2 will work if candidate has prior experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations management.
At least 2 years of leadership experience in Immigration Consultancy, Education Consultancy, Visa Services, Overseas Education, or a related service industry.
Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational performance.
Strong leadership and people\-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Exceptional organizational and problem\-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and operational reporting tools.
Sound understanding of immigration and visa processing workflows is highly preferred.
