Job Summary

We are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the overall branch operations, ensure smooth coordination among departments, manage team performance, achieve business targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The candidate will be responsible for driving branch growth, improving productivity, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day\-to\-day branch operations and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Monitor branch performance and ensure business targets are achieved.
• Lead, guide, and motivate team leaders and employees.
• Track department productivity and operational efficiency.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.
• Monitor revenue generation, collections, and branch profitability.
• Prepare operational plans to achieve monthly and yearly business goals.
• Handle client escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct team meetings and performance reviews.
• Manage resource allocation and workforce planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports for management.
• Identify process improvements and implement operational best practices.
• Support branch expansion and business development activities.

Qualification
