Key Responsibilities
✅ Achieve monthly and yearly admission targets
✅ Manage Admission Counsellors and Front Desk team
✅ Handle walk\-ins, inquiries, follow\-ups, and conversions
✅ Conduct student \& parent counselling for courses
✅ Plan local marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and tie\-ups
✅ Track leads from Digital Marketing and ensure conversions
✅ Maintain CRM, admission records, and sales reports
✅ Monitor fees collection and pending payments
✅ Coordinate with trainers, placement team, and operations
✅ Build corporate, school, college, and franchise relationships
✅ Ensure branch profitability and revenue growth
