Role summary
The brand seat in motion. Owns the weekly brand calendar and the daily life of our feeds.
Photoshoot coordination, campaign briefs, social publishing, DM replies, performance reads.
Reports to the M\&E Lead. Grows into Brand Manager in 18–24 months.
One seat. Two functions. Pace matters as much as taste.
What you will do — brand side
— Run the weekly brand calendar — feed plan, story rotation, email sends, partnership
beats.
— Coordinate photoshoots end\-to\-end — call sheet, stylist, model, location, props, shoot
list.
— Brief the Content Associate and Graphic Designer on each campaign or chapter drop.
— Manage relationships with creators, partners, PR contacts and brand collaborators.
— Hold the line on brand standards across every shipped asset — calm, sentence case, anti\-
hype.
What you will do — social side
— Schedule and publish across Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn — daily.
— Run the daily story rotation — behind\-the\-piece, on\-skin, packaging, atelier.
— Reply to DMs and comments in Zi voice.
— Shoot light iPhone Reels — material, light, texture.
— Source UGC, vet creators, support seeding and gifting.
— Track campaign \+ post performance — saves, sends, watch\-time. Weekly read\-out.
Must\-haves
— 1–2 years inside a premium D2C, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or design\-led house.
— Has personally shipped at least one campaign or chapter — concept → brief → shoot →
post → report.
— A feed you have worked on that you can walk us through, post by post.
— iPhone Reels, basic CapCut edits, one\-line captions.
— Comfortable with restrained, editorial brand voice (Nicobar / Good Earth / Akind
register).
— Project\-management discipline — Notion or Asana, calendars, dependencies, on\-time
delivery.
— Calm, considered, low\-drama. Edits more than you add.
— Sentence case in your own DMs. Already.
Nice\-to\-haves
— Prior exposure to jewellery, fragrance, accessories or interiors.
— Worked alongside a founder\-led team in 0→1 or 1→10 stage.
— Lightroom mobile, CapCut, Canva, Figma comments, Klaviyo.
— A personal handle that shows taste, not output.
