Brand Manager

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result\-oriented **Brand Manager** to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, ensuring consistent brand communication, and driving brand growth across digital and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams including design, content, sales, and digital marketing.
• Manage social media and digital branding initiatives to strengthen brand positioning.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners when required.
• Support product launches, promotional activities, and brand\-building events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools/platforms.
