About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result\-oriented Brand Manager to lead and strengthen the brand presence of our diversified business portfolio, including a renowned restaurant brand, real estate ventures, and educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing branding, marketing, and communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies across hospitality, real estate, and education verticals.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity, messaging, and positioning across all channels.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand\-building initiatives.
• Manage digital marketing, social media platforms, website content, and online reputation.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, photographers, and media partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights studies.
• Monitor brand performance and prepare periodic reports on marketing effectiveness.
• Organize events, activations, launches, and public relations initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, admissions, and business development teams to drive growth.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on branding activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and brand positioning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, Education, or Multi\-brand organizations will be preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
