About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing \& Branding Lead to elevate our brand, strengthen our market presence, and drive impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and campaign execution, with a proven ability to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Plan and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Lead content strategy for social media, websites, and other marketing platforms.
• Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with design, product, and sales teams to drive alignment.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to deliver quality results.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare insightful performance reports.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 3\+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Experience in brand positioning and storytelling.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or fast\-paced environment.
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and growth strategies.
• Basic familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe Suite.
