We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and driving business growth through effective communication and market understanding.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls and field visits.
Fix appointments and conduct client meetings within Kolkata and nearby areas.
Understand market trends and competitor activities to support business strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Deliver effective presentations to clients regarding services/products.
Maintain records of client interactions and follow\-ups.
*Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluency in Hindi and Bengali is mandatory.
6 months to 1 year of experience in a relevant field (Sales/Business Development preferred).
Strong knowledge of current market conditions and trends.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
