We are looking for a result\-driven Business Development Manager for our Battery Division. The role focuses on dealer/distributor development and order closure through inside sales channels.
*Key Responsibilities:**
Onboard and develop new dealers/distributors
Handle incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Drive sales closure and achieve revenue targets
Maintain and update CRM regularly
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
*Requirements:**
Minimum 2 years of experience in battery sales (Lithium\-ion / Lead Acid)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools
Must be based in Tricity (local candidates preferred)
*Preferred Candidate Profile:**
Strong sales closure ability
Experience in dealer/distributor network development
Industry exposure in battery/automotive/energy sector
