Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a seasoned, data\-savvy Senior Business Analyst with 8–10 years of experience to lead key requirement engineering and system modernization initiatives!

Experience: 8–10 years in a Business Analyst role with deep expertise in BRDs, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Tech \& Tools: Proficiency in Agile Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, and working knowledge of SQL.
Modern Execution: Experience leveraging AI\-assisted tools for analysis and documentation.
Architecture Savvy: Comfort working around Microservices and Multi\-tenant Architectures.
Education: BE / BTech / MBA / MCA or equivalent degree.
Collaborate across Product, UI/UX, and Engineering teams to gather and document business requirements.
Manage Agile ceremonies, tracking, and process improvement initiatives
Drive UAT, project coordination, product demos, and Go\-Live support.
