Analyze and document business processes, requirements, and user needs.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, architects, UX designers, and business stakeholders to define solutions.
Support the design and evolution of e\-commerce capabilities across web, mobile, content, checkout and customer domains.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
Assess the impact of changes across systems, processes, and customer journeys.
Act as an integrator between multiple IT teams like Product, Price and Personal Assistant.
Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Support testing, releases, and post\-release validation to ensure delivered solutions meet expectations.
Drive alignment between business goals, customer experience, and technical feasibility.

Experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile product teams.
Understanding of digital customer journeys and e\-commerce processes.
Experience translating complex business challenges into practical solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Experience with e\-commerce platforms, digital products, or omnichannel retail environments.
Familiarity with web technologies, customer\-facing applications, and digital ecosystems.
Knowledge of SEO principles and website optimization is considered a plus, but is not required.
Experience with analytics, personalization, customer engagement, or digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
