• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst with around 1 year of experience to support business requirements, process improvement, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and clients. The candidate should have good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Understand and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process documents, workflows, and reports.
• Coordinate with development, marketing, design, and management teams.
• Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Convert business requirements into clear and actionable tasks.
• Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions.
• Track project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
• Conduct basic data analysis and prepare management reports.
• Identify gaps, issues, and dependencies and communicate them to the concerned team.
• Support UK operations and understand UK client/business requirements.
• Assist in testing and validating solutions against business requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation and provide regular project updates.

• *Required Skills:**

• 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of BRD, FRD, workflows, and requirement gathering.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.
• Basic understanding of software development/project management processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non\-technical teams.
• Good attention to detail and ownership of assigned work.

• *Preferred:**

• Experience working with international/UK clients.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Basic knowledge of Jira, Trello, or similar project\-management tools.
• Exposure to AI\-based tools and business automation.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
