We are looking for a driven and detail\-oriented Business Analyst who can play a key role in driving sales and business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in business analysis to gain hands\-on experience and grow within our company.

• *Responsibilities:**

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, lead generation activities, and industry analysis.
• Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges, gather requirements, and qualify opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop tailored solutions, proposals, presentations, and business cases.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis to support sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and track the sales pipeline, client interactions, and opportunity progress through CRM systems.
• Support RFP/RFI responses, client meetings, discovery workshops, and solution discussions throughout the presales cycle.
• Analyze business and sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for cross\-selling, upselling, and long\-term business expansion.

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
