Markytics.AI is looking for a Business Analyst – Customer Success to manage client requirements, campaign performance, reporting, and AI solution optimization. You will act as the bridge between clients and internal Product/Technology teams, ensuring successful delivery and continuous improvement of AI\-powered engagement solutions.
*Key Responsibilities**
Gather and document client requirements, business objectives, and KPIs.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and business reviews.
Review and QA AI bot flows, IVR journeys, and campaign setups.
Coordinate campaign launches and monitor performance metrics.
Analyze campaign and bot performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to implement enhancements.
Track client KPIs and proactively resolve performance gaps.
*Must\-Have Skills**
**Hands\-on experience with SQL (Mandatory).**
**Working knowledge of Python (Mandatory).**
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
*Preferred Skills**
Experience in Customer Success, Business Analysis, SaaS, or Consulting.
Exposure to AI, Chatbots, Voice Bots, WhatsApp Automation, or CRM platforms.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field.
