About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail\-oriented Business Analyst (BA) Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, particularly in Hindi and English, and be interested in understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and coordinating with stakeholders to support project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Communicate effectively with Hindi\-speaking clients and users to understand their needs and concerns.
Assist in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and process flow diagrams.
Coordinate with development, testing, and project teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood.
Conduct market and business research to support project planning and decision\-making.
Participate in client meetings, requirement discussions, and project review sessions.
Track project deliverables and follow up with stakeholders for updates.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation.
Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest practical solutions.

Required Skills

Fluency in **Hindi and English** (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
Basic understanding of business processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good organizational and time\-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

**Freshers** or candidates with up to **1 year of experience**.
Bachelor's degree or pursuing final year in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong interest in Business Analysis, Project Coordination, and Client Interaction.
