Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands\-on experience in **Operational Risk Management (ORM)** within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate should have strong business analysis skills and functional knowledge of ORM processes, along with experience in GRC platform implementation, configuration, testing and support.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to understand requirements, streamline risk\-management processes and support the implementation and maintenance of GRC/ORM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements related to Operational Risk Management (ORM).
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories and process workflows.
• Understand and analyse operational risk processes, including risk identification, assessment, monitoring and mitigation.
• Support implementation, configuration and enhancement of GRC/ORM platforms.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepare and execute UAT scenarios, test cases and functional testing.
• Identify functional gaps, troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Provide application support and assist with production\-related issues.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, risk\-management policies and regulatory expectations.

Mandatory Skills \& Experience

• Minimum 3\+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst.
• Hands\-on experience in **Operational Risk Management (ORM)**.
• Strong understanding of the **BFSI / Banking / Financial Services domain**.
• Experience in GRC (Governance, Risk \& Compliance) platform implementation, configuration or support.
• Strong skills in business requirements gathering and documentation (BRD/FRD).
• Experience in UAT, functional testing and stakeholder coordination.
• Good communication, analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Preferred Technical Platforms

Experience with any one or more of the following GRC/ORM platforms

• ServiceNow ORM
• MetricStream
• RSA Archer
• SAP GRC
• Other Governance, Risk \& Compliance platforms

• *Note:** ServiceNow ORM is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in other GRC platforms are also welcome.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate must have a combination of **Business Analysis \+ BFSI Domain Knowledge \+ Operational Risk Management (ORM)** experience.

Candidates with only general IT Business Analysis, banking operations, audit or testing experience without hands\-on ORM functional exposure may not be suitable.
