- *Business Branch Head – Agri Drone \& Education Sales**
- *Location:** Multiple Locations across Uttar Pradesh
(Mirzapur, Shamli, Bhadohi, Bulandshahr)
- *Qualification:** Minimum Graduate
- *Experience:** 10\+ Years
AVPL International is seeking a highly motivated and performance\-driven Regional Branch Head – Agri Drone \& Education Sales to lead branch operations, drive revenue generation, and expand market presence across assigned regions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in rural sales, business development, team leadership, and educational program promotion. Experience in industries such as Insurance, MLM, Tractor Sales, Agri Inputs, EdTech, Skill Development, or Rural Marketing will be highly preferred.
- *Sales \& Revenue Growth**
- *Drive sales of Agri Drone solutions, drone training programs, and education\-based services across assigned branches.**
- *Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.**
- *Promote Drone\-as\-a\-Service (DaaS), agri\-tech solutions, and skill development programs in rural and semi\-urban markets.**
- *Conduct awareness campaigns, seminars, field demonstrations, counseling sessions, and promotional activities to generate leads and increase enrollments/sales.**
- *Develop and implement branch\-wise sales strategies to maximize market penetration and customer acquisition.**
- *Ensure strong lead generation, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.**
- *Branch Operations \& Team Management**
- *Oversee end\-to\-end branch operations with a focus on sales productivity and operational efficiency.**
- *Lead, mentor, and monitor branch sales teams to achieve business goals.**
- *Ensure smooth coordination between sales, training, operations, and support teams.**
- *Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service delivery.**
- *Market Development \& Partnerships**
- *Build strong relationships with farmers, educational institutions, local influencers, business associates, and community stakeholders.**
- *Identify new business opportunities and partnership avenues in assigned territories.**
- *Strengthen brand visibility and market presence through local outreach activities.**
- *Reporting \& Compliance**
- Monitor branch sales performance and operational activities regularly.
- Share MIS reports, sales forecasts, market insights, and performance updates with management.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, processes, and reporting standards.
- *Required Skills \& Experience**
- Minimum 5\+ years of experience in field sales, branch handling, or business development.
- Candidates from Insurance, MLM, Tractor Sales, Agri Input Sales, Farm Equipment, Rural Sales, EdTech, or Skill Development sectors will be preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales and revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of rural and semi\-urban markets and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned regions.
