About the Role

We are seeking an experienced **Business Development Manager** with a proven track record in the **manufacturing, laser cutting, or metal fabrication industry**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new market opportunities, acquiring clients, and building long\-term customer relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, industry events, and cold calling.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into long\-term business relationships.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision\-makers, including CEOs, Production Managers, Procurement Heads, and Plant Managers.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to deliver customer\-focused solutions.
  • Promote laser cutting, fabrication, and related manufacturing services through presentations and client meetings.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure successful onboarding and long\-term account management.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare regular business development reports, sales forecasts, and performance updates for senior management.
  • *Required Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing, laser cutting, sheet metal, fabrication, or engineering industry.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activities.
