*About the Role**

Dream Monks is a Delhi\-based IT solutions and growth marketing agency — building tech for brands \& brands for tech. As we scale across B2B and D2C verticals, we're looking for a driven Business Development Associate who can open doors through sharp cold outreach and convert conversations into opportunities.

This is a high ownership role, real incentives, and a clear path to a full\-time offer based on your performance.

Incentives are paid out on confirmed closures. No cap on earnings — the more you close, the more you make.

*What You Will Do**

Identify and research potential leads across B2B and D2C segments using available tools and databases
Execute high\-volume cold calling campaigns to initiate conversations with prospects
Craft and send targeted outreach emails and LinkedIn messages to supplement calling efforts
Qualify leads, handle objections, and move conversations toward a first meeting or demo
Maintain a clean CRM pipeline — track every touchpoint, follow\-up, and outcome
Share weekly activity reports: calls made, leads generated, conversions, and learnings
Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging with ongoing campaigns

*What We Are Looking For**

2–3 months of prior experience in sales, cold calling, or telecalling (internship experience counts)
Strong verbal communication — confident, clear, and persuasive on calls
Written English good enough to craft crisp, no\-fluff outreach messages
Comfortable with rejection — resilient, not rattled
Self\-disciplined enough to stay productive in a fully remote setup
Basic familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, LinkedIn, or any CRM is a plus
Fresh graduate or final\-year student in any stream — background in marketing, business, or mass comm preferred
