We are looking for a proactive and result\-oriented Business Development Associate who has experience in **IT services, digital solutions, or E\-Governance\-related business development**. The ideal candidate should understand how to identify opportunities, approach potential clients, build relationships, and pitch service\-based solutions effectively.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels
- Explore leads from **IT, institutional, government, E\-Governance, and business sectors**
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to create customized proposals
- Maintain and update CRM with lead and client information
- Build and nurture long\-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in **business development**, preferably in an **IT company, digital solutions company, or E\-Governance\-related domain**
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of IT services, digital solutions, or technology\-driven offerings
- Ability to handle client interactions and close deals independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Self\-motivated, target\-driven, and organized
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in **B2B sales** or service\-based business development
- Exposure to **E\-Governance, government projects, institutional sales, or IT solution sales**
