Business Development Associate

• *Job Title: Sales \& Customer Support Representative**
• *Job Type:** Full\-time (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

• *Job Overview:**

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales \& Customer Support Representative who can effectively handle customer interactions and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and a confident personality.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Make a minimum of 100 calls daily to prospective and existing customers
• Explain products/services clearly and convert leads into sales
• Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions
• Maintain strong follow\-ups with potential clients
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Update CRM systems and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to achieve targets

• *Requirements:**

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• **Fluency in English is mandatory**
• Confident personality with a customer\-first approach
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment
• Strong listening and problem\-solving skills
• Willingness to make high\-volume daily calls
