Techradiance is a leading EdTech company working with schools across India to establish Robotics Labs, AI Labs, Design Thinking Labs, EV Labs, VR Labs, Drone Labs, and Skill Education Programs. We help schools implement experiential learning and future\-ready education solutions.
We are looking for a dynamic and target\-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to expand Techradiance's presence in schools and educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, presentations, relationship building, and converting schools into long\-term partners.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in schools and educational institutions.
- Connect with Principals, Directors, Trustees, and School Management teams.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Promote Techradiance solutions including Robotics Labs, AI Labs, Skill Labs, Design Thinking Labs, and Teacher Training Programs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Maintain CRM records, meeting reports, and sales pipelines.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, educational events, and networking activities.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and project execution. advantage.
Pay: ₹11,529\.06 \- ₹40,970\.57 per month
