Business Development Associate(Government IT Sales)

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage end\-to\-end tendering activities for Government and Private sector projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Search and identify relevant Government and Private tenders through portals such as GeM, e\-Procurement, CPPP, and other bidding platforms.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents as per bid requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments for required documentation, approvals, and compliance\-related activities.
• Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, deadlines, approvals, and bid results.
• Ensure timely submission of technical and financial bids.
• Handle complete tender documentation including eligibility documents, EMD, compliance sheets, BOQ, and supporting paperwork.
• Follow up with concerned authorities regarding tender status, clarifications, and updates.
• Assist in vendor registrations and portal management activities when required.
• Prepare reports and maintain proper MIS related to tender activities.
• Travel when required for tender\-related work, meetings, or document submissions.

• *Required Skills:**

• Good knowledge of Government tendering processes and procurement portals.
• Basic understanding of technical and financial bid documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Email communication.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and follow\-up abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

• *Preferred Qualification:**

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in tender handling, bidding, or procurement processes will be preferred.

• *Experience:**

• 2\-4 year candidates can apply (experience in Government tender handling will be an advantage).

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
