*Job Summary**

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic **Business Development Associate** to join us in Calicut. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to efficiently handle student and doctor inquiries while supporting the organization's administrative operations.

*Key Responsibilities**

Attend and handle initial telephone, email, WhatsApp, and walk\-in inquiries from students, parents, and healthcare professionals regarding admissions and educational programs.
Understand the requirements of prospective candidates and direct qualified inquiries to the Sales Manager for further counseling and conversion.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow\-ups, and student interactions in the company's database and CRM systems.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and management team to ensure smooth communication and timely response to admission\-related queries.
Handle administrative, clerical, and documentation tasks assigned by the management.
Prepare and maintain reports, student records, admission documents, and other office\-related files.
Assist in scheduling meetings, counseling sessions, and admission\-related appointments.
Ensure professional communication and excellent customer service at all stages of student engagement.
