We are seeking a dynamic and result\-oriented Business Development \& Sales Executive to generate leads, engage prospective customers, and drive sales for our interior design and modular kitchen solutions. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer consultations, follow\-ups, site visit coordination, and converting inquiries into projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation \& Prospecting
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
- Identify potential residential and commercial clients interested in interior design and modular kitchen solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
Sales \& Client Engagement
- Contact and qualify incoming and outbound leads.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and project timelines.
- Schedule appointments, showroom visits, and designer consultations.
- Present company products, services, and design solutions effectively.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
Business Development
- Develop relationships with architects, builders, real estate agents, and channel partners.
- Explore new business opportunities and local market segments.
- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and marketing campaigns.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software.
- Ensure timely communication and customer support throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with design and execution teams to ensure smooth project handover.
Sales Targets \& Reporting
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track lead status, conversions, and sales performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent telecalling and customer handling abilities.
- Knowledge of interior design, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and home furnishing solutions.
- Ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and basic computer applications.
- Strong follow\-up and relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, business development, interior design, modular kitchens, furniture, home décor, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in interior design companies, modular kitchen brands, furniture showrooms, or home improvement businesses.
- Familiarity with lead generation through social media, online portals, and telecalling.
