Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through outbound calls and other outreach methods
- Generate and qualify leads for financial products and services
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Explain offerings such as mutual funds, insurance, and investment products
- Maintain regular follow\-ups to convert leads into business
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets
- Update client interactions and sales progress in CRM systems
- Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Exposure \& Learning Areas
You will receive training and exposure across key financial segments
- Insurance solutions including life, health, and general insurance
- Wealth products such as mutual funds, bonds, and other investment options
Requirements
- Any Graduation
- 0–5 years of experience in sales, tele calling, or business development
- Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Target\-driven mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a performance\-oriented environment
- Basic computer knowledge for CRM usage
Preferred Skills
- Experience in BFSI, insurance, loan, or financial product sales
- Familiarity with lead generation or outbound calling
- Basic understanding of financial products or markets
- Experience using CRM tools
- Additional languages (Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam) are an advantage
