Role: Business Development Associate (Commission\-Based)
We are looking for **hungry, self\-driven sales professionals** who want to earn based on performance.
Your Responsibilities
Reach out to real estate clients (builders, brokers, developers)
Explain Plotix services via calls, WhatsApp, or Zoom
Close deals and generate revenue
Compensation Structure Month 1 (Trial Phase)
**100% Commission\-Based**
Earn **30%–40% commission per sale**
**Minimum target: 1 sale (mandatory)**
If you achieve at least 1 sale
From Month 2 Onwards
**Fixed Salary \+ Commission \+ Incentives**
Monthly target: **Minimum 5–10 sales**
High performers get **unlimited earning potential**
Requirements
Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
Basic sales understanding (training will be provided)
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
