Business Development Associate

We are looking for a motivated lead Generation Executive to handle leads, engage prospects, and drive site visit conversions for our residential/commercial projects.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Call and qualify leads generated through digital campaigns and portals
• Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to prospects
• Schedule and confirm site visits for the sales team
• Maintain lead records and follow\-ups on CRM
• Re\-engage cold leads through regular outreach

• *Requirements**

• 1–5 years of experience in real estate pre\-sales or telecalling
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
