A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales strategy execution, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve revenue targets and expand the organization’s market presence.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present and promote company products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in CRM systems.
- *Skills \& Educational Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- MBA or Postgraduate degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (preferred)
- Relevant sales or business development certifications are an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and business strategies
- Basic understanding of market research and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
