About the Role
We are looking for a result\-driven Business Development Manager who can build sales pipelines, handle demos, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
This role requires someone who is confident in speaking with business owners, understands sales processes, and can convert interested leads into paying customers.
You will work closely with inbound and outbound leads generated through ads, cold outreach, WhatsApp, and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Handle product demos and sales calls
- Build and manage sales pipelines
- Follow up with interested prospects consistently
- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable solutions
- Convert leads into paying customers
- Maintain lead stages and updates inside CRM
- Coordinate with lead generation and marketing teams
- Generate revenue through consistent follow\-ups and closing
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Meet monthly sales and demo conversion targets
Requirements
- Good communication and sales skills
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, CRM sales, or lead generation businesses
- Comfortable handling demos and objection handling
- Strong follow\-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with targets and sales KPIs
- Basic understanding of CRM and sales funnels
- Self\-driven and ownership mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience in SaaS or CRM sales
- Experience selling to Indian SMBs
- Experience handling inbound and outbound leads
- Experience using CRM software
