• *Responsibilities**

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve aggressive student enrollment goals.
• Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector, including schools, universities, and test preparation centers.
• Conduct market research to understand student needs and competitor offerings.
• Negotiate and close partnerships and B2B deals to expand our student base.
• Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow\-up and conversion of leads.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data\-driven recommendations to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IELTS training and coaching.

• *Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 0\-1 years of experience in business development, preferably within the education sector not a compulsion
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship\-building abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Data\-driven approach with a strong understanding of marketing and sales funnels
• Passion for education and a strong belief in the power of high\-quality IELTS training
