  • First 3 Months: 5,000 per month

Career Path HR Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development \& Client Servicing Intern to support business growth and client relationship management activities. This role offers hands\-on exposure to lead generation, client communication, sales coordination, and account

management within the recruitment and HR consulting industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional approach toward client interactions, and a willingness to learn business development and client servicing functions.

  • *Key Responsibilities**

1\. **Business Development**

  • Generate and identify potential business leads through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
  • Connect with prospective clients and understand their hiring requirements.
  • Research and identify target companies and decision\-makers.
  • Share company profiles, proposals, and service offerings with prospective clients.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the management team.
  • Maintain and update lead databases and sales pipelines.

2\. **Client Servicing**

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Follow up with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients for invoice sharing, payment reminders, and service\-related communication.
  • Ensure timely responses to client queries and requirements.
  • Support account management and client retention initiatives.

3\. **Administration \& Reporting**

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meetings, and follow\-ups.
  • Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
  • Update CRM, trackers, and business development databases regularly.
  • Assist in process improvement and business growth initiatives.
  • *Required Skills**
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn networking and online research.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools.
  • Good organizational and time\-management skills.
  • Self\-motivated and target\-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • *Eligibility**
  • Graduate or pursuing Graduation/Post\-Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Freshers and students looking to build a career in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Client Servicing are encouraged to apply.
