- First 3 Months: 5,000 per month
- Next 3 Months: 7,500 per month \+ Performance\-Based Incentives
- *About the Role**
Career Path HR Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development \& Client Servicing Intern to support business growth and client relationship management activities. This role offers hands\-on exposure to lead generation, client communication, sales coordination, and account
management within the recruitment and HR consulting industry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional approach toward client interactions, and a willingness to learn business development and client servicing functions.
- *Key Responsibilities**
1\. **Business Development**
- Generate and identify potential business leads through LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms.
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Research and identify target companies and decision\-makers.
- Share company profiles, proposals, and service offerings with prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between prospects and the management team.
- Maintain and update lead databases and sales pipelines.
2\. **Client Servicing**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with clients regarding ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with clients for invoice sharing, payment reminders, and service\-related communication.
- Ensure timely responses to client queries and requirements.
- Support account management and client retention initiatives.
3\. **Administration \& Reporting**
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, meetings, and follow\-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
- Update CRM, trackers, and business development databases regularly.
- Assist in process improvement and business growth initiatives.
- *Required Skills**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn networking and online research.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office tools.
- Good organizational and time\-management skills.
- Self\-motivated and target\-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- *Eligibility**
- Graduate or pursuing Graduation/Post\-Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Freshers and students looking to build a career in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, or Client Servicing are encouraged to apply.
